Offering you all the benefits of cooking on cast iron but with enhanced flexibility. We call this The Total Control AGA.

The AGA Signature replaced the eR7 Cooker and boasts fast heat-up times which allows you to control each part of the cooker separately. You can select which oven/s are on and even what temperature you run them at. The hand held programmer is designed to conserve energy, turning the ovens off when not needed, whether overnight, during work hours, while on holiday, providing greater flexibility and reduced running costs.

The ovens also have an eco setting. All controlled from a touch-screen with LED indicators and a digital character display to indicate which zone is activated and which setting is selected.

This AGA may be your AGA of choice if you have a well insulated kitchen and are not requiring warmth into the room 24/7.

AGA Signature 100 3 Oven – £16,500

A great choice for modern kitchens, the AGA Signature 100 cast-iron range cooker features a rapid-heat boiling plate and separate simmer plate, alongside three independent, radiant fast-heating ovens for perfect roasting, baking, and simmering. For ultimate flexibility, this advanced three-oven AGA allows you to adjust the temperature of both the roasting and baking ovens seamlessly – giving you total control and a versatile range of cooking options to suit any culinary creation.

The AGA Signature 150 cooker provides cooking capacity needed to cater for large gatherings, whilst giving you the energy-saving efficiency to control individual zones when cooking for less.

This flexible 150cm model features the Signature 100 three-oven layout, including independent cast-iron roasting, baking, and simmering ovens, alongside controllable, switch-on/switch-off boiling and simmering plates.

However, this expanded five-oven configuration incorporates a separately controlled hotcupboard, the 50cm module, offering a dedicated slow-cook oven, a warming oven and your choice of either a modern single-zone induction hob or a warming plate.

The AGA Signature 210 is the Signature 100 model enhanced by two exceptional extension modules for ultimate culinary flexability.

First, the switch-on/switch-off hotcupboard, the 50cm module introduces a dedicated slow-cook oven and warming oven, topped with your choice of a warming plate or a single-zone induction hob. Beside it, a 60cm extension module adds a conventional fan oven, an extra slow-cook oven, an integral grill, and the choice of either a four-ring gas or ceramic hob.

AGA Signature Induction

Previously known as the AGA eR7i model, the AGA Signature Induction is the latest cooker in the AGA range. It seamlessly blends traditional British craftsmanship with modern technology, while preserving the classic AGA look with its vitreous enamel finish.

This model features two large, independently controlled programmable cast iron heat storage ovens with quick heat up times. It also includes a conventional fan oven with nine temperature settings and a 15 minute heat up time, perfect for extra cooking capacity when entertaining or for quick meals without residual kitchen heat.

The iconic AGA hotplate can be set to boiling or simmering, and the two-zone induction hob offers bridging, timer functions, and automatic pan detection. Additionally, the AGA Signature Induction boasts a powerful 2.1kW grill in the top oven, providing several grilling positions.

The AGA Signature Induction model provides instant heat with its two-zone induction hob and a rapid heat up cast iron hotplate, adjustable to boiling or simmering temperatures. The AGA Signature Induction with a 50cm Module is a 5 oven cooker that features two cast iron ovens, a grill, a fan oven, a two-zone induction hob, and an on off boiling or simmering plate. The separately controlled module with a slow-cook oven and a plate warming oven, plus an optional warming plate or additional induction zone above. This versatile cooker allows you to cater for large gatherings while offering precise control for smaller meals. Ideal for busy kitchens and everyday use.

AGA Vitreous Enamel Colours
