We had a wonderful time at our Everhot Cookery Demonstration on Wednesday.

Claire prepared a selection of delicious dishes including traditional stew and dumplings with crunchy cabbage, bacon and steamed carrots followed by an orange and masala pudding.

Broccoli soup was served with blue cheese toasties, sausages from the Everhot grill and a rich dense gardeners pie all made a delicious feast.

We then enjoyed meringues with homemade lemon curd, chocolate chip muffins and scotch pancakes with maple syrup butter.
